PROMOTIONS

Promotions/discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or offers. They cannot be applied to previously made orders before the start date of a sale or promotion.

Los Besitos reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotions at any time without notice. If a promotion is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We unfortunately do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is made to order.

Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

PRIVACY

Los Besitos understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you the customer is collected and held in accordance with relevant United States Law.

Any information we collect is used to assist in providing you with relevant consumer information, notifying you of products, events and offerings that may be of interest to you as a valued Los Besitos customer. We do not disclose information that we hold to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional, generally accepted industry standards.

GIFT CARDS

Our gift cards NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions and rebates. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

SITE IMAGERY

As stated above, product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible; therefore, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size. Also, please be aware that every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary.
